Membership
in the Hawai'i Ben Franklin Craft Club offers you a number of ways to
save! First, you will be offered a special daily discount of 10% on
all craft merchandise. Just flash your card with a picture ID and
start saving with every Ben Franklin Craft purchase.
Second,
whenever you participate in a craft class, you will receive a 20% discount
on class supplies. That's an extra 10% savings! Just show the
craft class student slip and flash your membership card again to continue
saving!
Third,
special discounts will be mailed to you on a quarterly basis in our club
newsletter. The newsletter is full of expert tips and new product
announcements.
Additional
special privileges and events will be offered exclusively to our club
members throughout the year.

join, simply download and print this application (front
/ back) or pick one up the next time you're in one of our stores. Give your
completed application to one of the cashiers along with the $10 annual
membership fee. Your Craft Club membership card will be activated
instantly! It couldn't be easier!

Our
craft club is only active in the state of Hawai'i. Your membership
card will be honored at all Ben Franklin Craft stores throughout the
state.

Club
memberships are valid for one year.
|

When
your card expires, you can renew it at any of the Hawai'i Ben Franklin
Craft stores. The $10 annual fee is payable upon renewal. Make
sure to renew your card so that you don't miss out on any of our exclusive
benefits and savings.

Filling
out the application is very important.
You need to print very clearly and complete
everything. That means
including street names and apartment numbers.
Without this information it may take longer for you to receive your
card or you may not receive it at all.
If the general information is not completely filled out, a copy of
your application will be faxed to the store you signed up at, and they
will need to contact you to get the information.

The store will then fax it to us that day, and it will be worked
on.
You should receive your card within four days.
